We are happy to accept firearms for transfer to Alaska residents. As an FFL (Federal Firearms License) and SOT (Special Occupational Tax) we are qualified to transfer regular and NFA (Class 3, or Class III) weapons. We serve customers from all over interior Alaska: Fairbanks, North Pole, Fort Wainwright, Eielson AFB, Moose Creek, and Ester just to name a few.

The fees for transfers is $25 for the first gun and $5 for each additional gun on the same NICS check.

ALL TRANSFERS REQUIRE A NICS (National Instant Background Check System).

For a NICS check we must prove both identity and residency.
An Alaska State Driver’s License with a physical address satisfies both requirements.
1)  Identity – Identification with a photo (Military ID or Drivers License from another state) will prove identity.
2) Residency must be verified with some sort of government issued document. Options include a car registration, voter’s registration, hunting license, tax document, or (if military w/ military ID) permanent orders to an Alaska post/base.
